Come join us at Southern Dunes Golf Course on September 12th, 2020. Proceeds will benefit the Zachary Gregory Memorial Scholarship and the American Physical Therapy Association’s Foundation for Physical Therapy. In addition to providing advocacy for patients and the physical therapy profession as a whole, the Foundation for Physical Therapy provides funding for grants and scholarships, which support research to alleviate physical ailments associated with conditions including stroke, sports injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and cerebral palsy.

Schedule of Events:

• Warm-up, Registration, and a Continental Breakfast will begin – 7:30am
• Shotgun start – 8:30am
• Lunch Awards, Prizes, and Raffles – 1pm

Registration:

​Student Rate: $55 per player or $200 per foursome

Early Bird (Sept 5, 2020): $65 per player or $235 per foursome

Day of Event: $75 per player or $280 per foursome

Optional Unlimited Drink Package: $20/per person – Includes domestic beer, Powerade, bottled water, and soft drinks. Begins at start of event and runs until lunch is served.

Mulligan Ticket: $5 per. A mulligan is a second chance to perform an action, after a poor first attempt.

Ladie’s Tee: $5 per. “Ladies tees” allows you to tee off from the forward tee on a specific hole, which means playing the hole at its shortest length.

Faculty, staff, fellow alumni, and Zach’s family honored his memory by establishing an endowed scholarship that recognizes students who demonstrate academic and professional leadership.
