Come join us at Southern Dunes Golf Course on September 14th, 2024. Proceeds will benefit the Zachary Gregory Memorial Scholarship and the American Physical Therapy Association’s Foundation for Physical Therapy. In addition to providing advocacy for patients and the physical therapy profession as a whole, the Foundation for Physical Therapy provides funding for grants and scholarships, which support research to alleviate physical ailments associated with conditions including stroke, sports injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and cerebral palsy.

Schedule of Events:

• Warm-up, Registration, and a Continental Breakfast will begin – 7:00 am
• Welcome and Announcements 7:45
• Shotgun start – 8:00 am
• Lunch Awards, Prizes, and Raffles – 1:00 pm

Registration:

​Student Rate: $65 per player or $220 per foursome

Early Bird (Sept 8, 2024): $85 per player or $320 per foursome

Day of Event: $95 per player or $370 per foursome

Optional Unlimited Drink Package: $30/per person – Includes domestic beer, Powerade, bottled water, and soft drinks. Begins at start of event and runs until lunch is served.
